DLNET (commonly referred to as DeltaNet or DLNET Delta) is Delta Air Lines’ secure intranet portal, designed for employees, retirees, contractors, and business partners to access internal systems and information.

With numerous features and benefits, it serves as a centralized hub for internal tools, company communications, HR information, benefits, and more. Only authorized users—such as current employees, retirees, and contractors—can register and access it.

DLNET Delta Employee Account Registration

Registration is available only for Delta employees, retirees, and authorized contractors and vendors. Unauthorized access will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A Delta user ID/ 9-digit PPR number and password are used to access the system. For users authorized to register, please follow the steps below. You may need a PIN from your HR department first.

1: Eligibility: You must be a Delta employee, retiree, contractor, or authorized vendor to register ssaa.delta.com.

2: Registration: Go to the DLNET Delta registration page. Provide your Delta employee ID (PPR) or 9-digit user ID and a PIN, which is typically obtained from HR. Complete the validation steps and set up your password and security settings.

1. Access the Portal

  • Visit the DLNET login page via Delta’s single sign-on system.
  • Enter your employee ID (PPR ID) and your password—
    These are your Delta user credentials.

2. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Upon first-time login, you may be prompted to register for PingID, Delta’s MFA provider ssaa.delta.com.
  • Follow the prompts to complete MFA setup (e.g., using an authenticator app or phone confirmation).

3. After A Successful Login and MFA Verification

  • After successful login and MFA verification, you’ll gain access to DLNET, which includes HR services, internal communications, training, scheduling, benefits, and more.
